Hello- I’m Sarah Forrest, an Intuitive Eating Counselor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Boston University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. After years of working with children, teens, and families with mental health issues, I became certified as an Intuitive Eating Counselor to help others improve their relationship with food and movement.
Intuitive Eating changed my life. I have had issues with food and movement as long as I can remember. I lost weight on diets and gained it all back. I hated exercise because I was doing it for the wrong reasons. The principles of Intuitive Eating are transformational for me.
My progress didn’t happen overnight, but each step forward is a result of consistent effort and commitment to growth. This journey isn’t about quick fixes or temporary changes—it is about building a sustainable relationship with myself, especially around food, body image, and movement. The challenges are real, but facing them allows me to cultivate self-compassion and trust. Now, living with peace with eating, my body, and a full life isn’t just a hopeful idea—it’s my reality.
